We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technology Delivery Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Technology Delivery Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and quality delivery of software projects while coordinating with developers, acting as a scrum master, and serving as the single point of contact with our product owner. Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll be the link between the product owner and the technical team, you will need to:
Collaborate with the product owner to understand project requirements, priorities, and deliverables.
Translate business requirements into high-level solutions within the specific project context and technology stack
Lead and manage the software development team, ensuring effective communication, coordination, and task allocation.
Act as a scrum master, facilitating agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives) to drive project progress.
Document project progress, including project plans, requirements, technical specifications, and user stories.
Track and monitor project timelines, milestones, and risks, proactively addressing issues to ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and mitigation plans.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as quality assurance and product management, to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
Identify process improvements and implement best practices to optimize software delivery.
Must Have Skills
Strong technical background and understanding of software development processes, methodologies, and best practices.
Proven experience acting as a solution or enterprise architect (matching customer requirements to high-level solution designs)
Proven experience in project management and software delivery, preferably in the Fintech industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Proficient in agile methodologies, particularly as a scrum master, to drive project success.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities to overcome challenges and ensure project milestones are met.
Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide the development team towards achieving project goals.
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality software solutions on time.
